Hi, my name is Shoko. I’m a friendly, caring, and responsible babysitter with a professional background in physiotherapy and Pilates. I worked as a physiotherapist in Japan for 8 years, including experience working with children during rehabilitation. Through my work with children, I became very interested in child development and wellbeing, so I also obtained a qualification as a Child Body Therapist. I’m currently working as a Pilates instructor. I have experience working at a Pilates studio specialising in prenatal and postpartum care, where there was also a childcare service. I sometimes worked in the childcare area, so I have experience caring for babies and children in that environment as well. I’m patient and attentive, and I always prioritise children’s safety and comfort. I enjoy playing with children, reading books, doing creative activities, and following their individual routines. With my background in physiotherapy and child care, I’m also comfortable paying attention to children’s movements and physical needs. I speak both Japanese and English, and I would be happy to communicate with your family in either language. I’d love to meet your family and help take care of your little ones!
